3. Supplements: It is hard to have the ‘perfect’ diet, especially when you are so busy. If you find it hard to get the vitamins that are proven acne killers, then you can always supplement with a few high quality products found at your local food store. Zinc, for instance, is one such anti-inflammatory that a lot of people use.
