Natural acne cures are cheap; they work, and are easy to do. Why waste money-curing acne, when there are a multitude of natural acne cures available? Also, it is generally safer to use natural acne cures.

1) Drink a lot of water:
If you are able to drink around 2 liters of water per day, then your body will easily prevent your pores from clogging up. This is great, as without clogged pores you wont have acne. Also, drinking lots of water is essential to give you good general health.
2) Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables:
Fresh fruit and veggies are a great all natural detoxification method that will also help to treat acne. They will cause your body to control processes better, thus preventing it from over producing sebum. Fruits and veggies are also required to allow you to have a healthy and balanced diet.
3) Refrain from using make up:
Many beauty products on the market are made form stuff that may actually harm your skin rather than cure your acne. But, if you are able to find a product that is made from all natural ingredients (and there are quite a few) then it should be okay to use.
4) Control stress:
Stress has been thought to cause acne. Although its not proven that it can cause acne, it can aggravate your acne. By keeping your level of stress low, you will be preventing your body from manufacturing acne-aggravating hormones.
5) Coffee can be bad:
Im not saying that you shouldnt have any coffee at all, but I would suggest that you have only about one mug a day. This is because caffeine can aggravate acne, which is definitely not what you want.
